   I cannot distinguish David from David's maker. When I see David I see Michaelangelo. Someone who expressed some thing or event in his own fashion, to his own liking and likeness. This is what I see. I like to think I see with `wide open eyes. That does not mean that I understand what I see, that is another skill entirely. 

  
  When I see The Seth material, I see Jane. Her expression of her abilities (nor do I forget Rob). Jane is a very interesting Kettle of fish. Those weird abilities of hers; now how did she do that, and why? And how did Michelangelo get  David out of a lump of rock, a project that had thwarted  so many before him?

• Desperately Seeking David

  The first time I saw David I was under whelmed. Here was Michelangelo's great triumph, the classical epitome of male beauty. Ungenerous in his manhood- but what matters that? This was Man. However, being somewhat curious about the things some humans consider important, David being one of them, I looked and pondered…is there a message' for me?

• Teapots and the 9 families

  It might appear that I have a thing about tea.  I do and I don't . But I  do have a thing about teapots. What's not to love? On my metaphysical syllabus notebook  ( very serious) wherein I  studiously outline what I will be  reading , practising, researching and various other wotnots, I have an image of a teapot.  Not the one below, mine is much nicer and much rounder, and it reminds me of a  comforting big  budda belly. I was admiring the teapot this moning as I was listening to a talk on  Seth. A proper talk,  not that superficial 'YCYOR' that new age hacks  spout all over the place.

  Now,  Paul is rather intellectual and  he and Jeff  go at a cracking pace, but there is some music if your head starts to hurt and a few brain cells get fried.There is also an interesting tidbit on the 9 families and  very early christianity, well worth a bit of research.

• People becoming Trees

   A short distance from my studio the turkish man sells the best mint in the universe. This is true.  And on Friday I  heard a line from a poem,'..people do not die,they just become trees..' I think I would like to become a tree, for a day . But the thing is not to be bored. Which is why I am somewhat delighted to realise that I do not need to wait till after death to begin my after death vocation, just as I do not  need to wait to become a tree.
