Do you remember that sort of detached, floaty, tranquil feeling you used to get when day-dreaming as a kid.  Well maybe you get into that space now when doing yoga or meditating or jogging or playing golf or writing or dancing or washing the dishes.

I fell into that space again today while in traffic driving the 1 & 9 from Rutherford to Jersey City.  Traffic was creeping along; i was relaxed.  I had on a music CD.  The thing is, i never really became conscious of this space while experiencing it, except maybe when jogging.  This time it was not just a space, but almost like a physical artifact or atmosphere just behind my head.  I realized that this was connection to essence.  I realized that this was the same or very similar experience felt when daydreaming as a kid, doing yoga, meditating and in writing flow.

For me this is a breakthrough experience.  In integral terms, you might say i went from a state experience to a stage experience.  Previously i have not only not been fully aware of the altered state, but have never attempted to enter is consciously.  It may be premature consider it move from a state to a stage.  Perhaps i'm in transition.

Now, i can actually feel it hanging around, just waiting for me to reconnect.  It is like a radio signal:  strong at some times, weak at others.  Perhaps in some small way, similar to how Jane is able to experience the various channels made available to her by Seth?  Now i can consciously enter this space.
