Hi just a few little enquiries regarding the seth material i had been curious 4 some

time but cant seem to get any straight answers on .
The first is that seth said that the Christ personality was much more developed

than he was himself , but it seems that u sethies pay scant regard to the personality

of Christ , y is that ?

Secondly , the void , it exists but again it seems u sethies dont pay that

much notice either , even tho its in seths works , again , y ?

Thirdly , the idea that ATI lost a portion of His own consciousness so

that He could bring about the actualisation of the creation , y is it so difficult to

accept that ATI lost something of Himself in that initial creation ?

Who can bring these topics to light 4 me , ???
respectfully , paul .

Little emphasis is given to christs "personality?" By this do you mean what the bible says he preached and did? If so, the reason is that Christ is only one of many religious leaders who were sent at various times to remind us of our connection with "god" "all that is" etc. They all teach the same lessons, though men have convoluted their meaning by trying to interpret their teaching through their own world view and socially taught morality, not a mind open to the hearing the whole message. Or so I believe. The personality is the same as saying entity or spirit. It is about developing all the aspects, good and bad. In the end they balance out and create a whole, complete being. Seth is further in this process than us, religious teachers, apparently, are even further. Or that is how I interpret things.

Not sure what void you are speaking of so I will leave this to another.

I don't know that ATI lost a portion of himself...first, an entity has no gender assets/smilies/smiley.gif I understand ATI as the collection of all consciousness, which agree to rules which allow us to experience life and perhaps other existences. Perhaps I have not read this book yet. I think that all people contain life force, that this is consciousness, or the spirit, and that the connection between all beings is what we recognize as god. Men simply make up stories to explain what cannot be understood. Of course, all this Seth stuff could be another manufactured explanation, or perhaps we have evolved to a point where we now can wrangle with the concept.

Haha. Gotta love philosophy! One of the most difficult disciplines, and always running round in circles. I recommend just reading, digesting, and when you reread you will see whole new concepts that somehow you missed before. No matter how many times I read, I come away with something new. I believe that our mind absorbs what it can and blocks out what it cannot yet deal with.

Do you have a session # on that statement?

Some things Seth states.
There is no probability in which you do not exist.
There are no divisions to the self.
There isno above or below.

It seems like you are still wrangling with your Christian origins but not yet willing to give up the ghost.assets/smilies/wink.gif

Hello Paul:
I am wondering why you separate yourself from this community and address us as You Sethies. Do you not consider yourself a Sethie? And if that is so, why are you a
member?
That said, people come to Seth from many spiritual traditions which are augmented
by the Seth material. Christ is a very highly evolved galactic, if not universal, being
of Light, and not the only such being to manifest on earth in human form. One advan-
tage of the Seth material is that not only is it contemporary, it was transmitted thru
Jane in our contemporary language--no translation from a different ancient language needed.
It is said that Christ seeded a portion of his Being into the human manifestation
known as Jesus and through that birthing, Jesus maintained his connection with his
creator--A major lesson for us all, and one well address by Seth throughout his work.
Regarding the Void, again you are making an assumption and reacting to it when you
say scant attention is paid. Lack of discusison does not mean that members of this
community are not actively involved with the concept and experience of the Void. If
you are wanting a discussion, I suggest you gather you Seth quotes on the subject and
and create a thread to spark such a dialogue.
Personification of ATI is estremely limiting!! (As is refering to the Christ in the
masculine.) I am curious as to the source from which you got the idea that ATI lost
anything in the act of creation. Suggest you pay attention to your feelings and honor
them enough to investigate what is making you uncomfortable and unable to accept this
idea. Whenever I get a 'noogly' feeling it has proven to be an accurate indication of
partial or non-truth and led me to an overview of clarity.
I wish you well in your journey through Seth's model of the universe!!
Ciao,
Mosswillow

Hi Paul assets/smilies/smiley.gif
I am happy to help you with your questions too,if Jeffreys answer is not enough to satisfy. Just for your information i will say that questions are best asked in the forums rather than in a blog as more people read the forums than read the blogs.
Regarding your first question ....i have read that Seth wanted to speak more on Christ etc but that Jane wasnt as keen. This may have been in part because she had been brought up as a Catholic and it may in part have been because Religion is such an emotive subject. It seems that some people become defensive and even stupid when they read something that goes against their current religious beliefs ! Ha !!
Regarding your second question...can you please give a book and page reference as to where Seth speaks about the "void" ? I do not remember him using that word and i am wondering if you have Seth confused with Abraham ?
Finally, regarding your third question, a book and page reference is needed here also.
Respectfully , cara.

Hello Paul,
Seth has done a great service, in my opinion, by educating us on many great truths that can be attributed to the Christ entity. Personally, I was never much of a Christ lover until I had read the clarifications the Seth produced. Basically, Seth explained that most of what has been written about Christ, including the new testament, is either purposely or misguidedly incorrect. The politics and lack of ability of people during the time of his life to understand his messages, led to the misunderstandings of his true messages. So, why should we Seth material believers follow ages old mistruths about Christ when Seth has produced so much clarity in his own version of the truth of the nature of reality?

I'm not understanding what you mean by void. Seth always said that there is infinite aware-ized energy. Here are 2 paragraphs (from Dreams, evolution and value fulfillment) that may explain this and also answer your third question (ATI never lost something of itself, it just set itself free):

The thoughts of ATI were multidimensional mental events that found that a transformation must occur, if they were to journey into objectivity-for no objectivity of itself could contain the entire reality of subjective events that existed within divine subjectivity. They had yearned before the beginning for other experiences, and even for fulfillments of different nature. They sensed a kind of value fulfillment that required of them the utilization of their own creative abilities. They yearned to create as they had been created, and ATI, in a kind of divine perplexity, nevertheless realized that this had always been its own intent.

All that is realized that such a separation would also allow you to bring about a different kind of divine art, in which the creators themselves created, and their creations created, bringing into actuality existences that were possible precisely because there would seem to be a difference between the creator and the creations. ATI is, therefore, within each smallest portion of consciousness.

Peace and joy,
Jeffrey
