In an ESP class session Jane talks about how she sends healing using an energy form called "Helper".
... "the helper is sort of made up of a surplus of positive energy, the desire to help people and so forth; but the best, plus, parts of your personality....That the helper is consciousness, that it does have a consciousness that I have released. That it represents the best things that I hope to do. That it is learning and that I have to train it....That its like an appendage, a psychic appendage that is highly beneficial that you build up and can use and so I've been trying to do this."
Seth comes through later in this class and says that we all build up and release concentrated energy forms. He says that we are not usually aware of doing this, but that the forms are conscious extensions of ourselves. Seth says ..."As you learn to live spontaneously on a physical level, so automatically you will be able to build up such forms and when you do you must learn to train them."

Well i don't understand how to do the above but i do my own funny healing thing using a happy healthy photo of the patient and placing different crystals on it.
I am really interested in anything anyone has to say on this subject.

I haven't read those sessions you quoted but if you have the time to post a bit more from them I'd be really interested.
This is a subject I"m passionate about and would love to know more of what Seth said on this.

My own best helping seems to come through a sort of visualization together with a 'knowing', but then visualization is putting a picture, an energy, out there so maybe there is a correlation with the helpers Seth talks about. There have been just a few times when I have seen, quite literally, inside the persons body and known what was wrong. I'd love to practice this and be able to do it consistently but everyone I know is either healthy or not interested (I get accused of being away with the fairies again).

I'll be interested in the answers you get to your question.

I had thought that somewhere Jane speaks of "helper" as being a miniature version of herself which can enter and see inside a persons body in a similar way to that which you described. However, I have searched and cannot find the reference, so it is possible that i dreamed this.

The quotes that i gave earlier were from cd 9 of Rick Stacks audio collection. The segments that i typed out are pretty much most of what said regarding "helper" during that class session (though in condensed form)

I found a few more mentions of "helper" in Adventures in Consciousness, but nothing significant.

Here is something else that i have found on the subject of sending healing energy (The Unknown Reality 2 page 345)...
"The other day Rubert received a phone call from a woman in California who was in difficulty. Rubert promised to send [healing] energy. Hanging up, he closed his eyes and imagined energy being sent out from a universal source through his own body, and directed towards the person in need. When he did so, Rubert mentally saw a long 'heavy" beam extending straight to the west from a point between his eyes. It reached without impediment. He felt that this extension was composed of energy, and it seemed so strong that a person could walk upon it without difficulty. Subjectively he felt that this beam of energy reached its destination. And so it did.
Energy was almost instantly transmitted across the continent from one specific individual to another. When you are dealing with that kind of energy, and particularly when you believe in it, space does not matter. Emotional connections are set up and form their own set of coordinates. That beam of energy is as strong and as real as a beam of steel, though it moves faster than a beam of light."

I've read about Jane sending a miniature version of herself through a persons body but I can't remember where either.
For me it happened as I quieted my mind and tuned into the people concerned, it was like seeing a photograph of the inside of the body in the affected area, and externally a couple of times. It really surprised me the first time it happened as I had only been trying to get a feel for what was wrong, I certainly wasn't expecting a photo.

I haven't tried what Jane did because it just doesn't appeal to me somehow.
I've also read about sending a beam of light/energy to someone and I have to admit I lean more towards that together with seeing inside the body.

Although for other reasons then healing for me its the emotional connections are set up part that speaks to me, and very much so too.

I don't know where to start. I've often thought of this, but way moreso felt it. I have made attempts, but many times wondered how much influence I had since it is mostly up to the recipient - the individual and their reality. But nonetheless when I've felt an overwhelming desire to "send healing" it typically takes me just a moment and I don't think along the common associations the word "healing" has. I think more along the idea of "suggestion" or "encouragement" with respect for whatever they wish. I go by this "sense" of me being a sort of clump of particles merging into the space of particles the other individual is, then getting a sense of where they are (meaning their state of being that has brought them to the point that has triggered my involvement). I offer my suggestion and attempt to create a different feeling from what I believe their state of being is while occupying the same space. All the while we are still separate individuals. All in about a few blinks of the eyes. I don't really know how else to describe it and it feels like I squeeze my focus into a kind of wrinkle in time and can only accomplish as much as my focus is able to maintain, which is usually just a few blinks.

This is also an odd topic for me, as I've gotten feedback more on how I helped someone when I didn't even realize it. As the Native American saying, "We are all related" goes, we are all connected at varying degrees, on various "levels" and I think we all are healers as far as the subject goes. Conversely, also on many levels, there are those that do not accept help from others - also for various reasons. I'm not trying to say "sending healing" is therefore futile or invalid. But my thoughts have brought me to just plain wish the best for everyone in whatever it is that they are doing. Mind you, that exercise still needs quite a bit more practice - I'd rather work on my pistols sometimes!
