I've been keeping the occasional dream journal entry, and recently, twice in a few weeks, I've had very in my face YCYOR dreams in which characters in my dreams tell me, "You know YCYOR. Use it!" And usually when I've done something wrong and worry about it (like, for the most recent dream, I'd stolen something from a stall, but found out that there were security cameras installed everywhere. I was freaking out, and either my dad or his friend told me the sentence about YCYOR.)

I haven't quite figured out what exactly this means yet, but I'm quite surprised by how unsubtle it is...

I have scary dreams almost every night and being chased by policemen who want to put me in jail is a common theme !! I think the reason for my scary dreams is to jolt me into becoming more awake and proactive whilst in the dream state.
Also during the day recently, i have had the recurring thought that i am still dreaming ... which is weird.
Why would you think that dreams should be subtle ?

Because I've never had overt YCYOR dreams? It's like me giving myself a slap in the face or knock on the head through my dreams. This is especially because I've been trying to use dreams to help myself as well, and have been trying to ask for clear, straight signs.

I suppose I got my wish? LOL.

Well Sky, interesting topic. I am waiting for a client to arrive, so I may not finish this until later, but i had a quick catnap just now and was pondering your thread here. As I did, I "saw" for just a flicker of a moment something I've not ever seen in this physical life. It was nothing major, but perhaps it has significance to you. Mind you, this really was not a physical flicker of an experience, just a sort of "non-physical" image, if you can grasp that. In a split second of delving into what it may be to try and look outside from the inside of the thought of YCYOR, I "saw" a very tall door, or facade of a not very wide or deep building. It sort of came to a point towards the top and was slightly ornate along the perimeters, but those aspects were quite vague. I was struck by its height as well as its color - a sort of not muted orange-y yellow. As weird as this may sound, it was, in that flicker, an impression, for me, of YCYOR.

I also want to reiterate something I brought up in another thread somewhere. For a time in my current physical's past, I played a bit with tools. I had a couple of friends that I would join and we would play. When I came into the picture, we started with a sort of hypnosis, then went on to try pendulum, scrying, tarot cards and ouija. The ouija turned out to be the best until we started to go beyond that, meaning not needing to use anything. On the board we had started getting messages more and more, exponentially, "the answer is within you" - hence the eventual trust in how we do know, and no longer needed any tools. Once we, or I as I shouldn't assume for anyone else, recognized what to "look" at, it became easier - I can "see" lots of other aspects of what it is that I create and how it begins.

What I was thinking about all of your dreams, I recalled that sometimes the words we used in remembering, and especially when we write our dreams, have clues that give us information that are not directly relevant to the dream events. The drama event itself may not be for you to understand or maybe the event story is distorted. When in fact, the key word itself, when used in a different context, may be the most important dream information for you to learn about.

For example, the word "YCYOR" is the key concept to use to meditate on. Maybe the drama of "stolen something from a stall, but found out that there were security cameras" is not important, but the main information for you to meditate on is the word "security"; what does that word means to you.

Maybe the drama of "being chased by policemen who want to put me in jail" is not important, but the main info is "jail", so you should meditate only on the word "jail"; for me, that might mean that my life is keeping me from expressing my feelings (I don't feel the freedom of saying my thoughts).

Maybe the drama event symbolized "struck by its height as well as its color - a sort of not muted orange-y yellow"; so meditating on just the word "height", or "muted" may move your thoughts into something else where height or muted may keep something from clearly seeing something.

I had a recently dream where I wrote "I'm walking through a high end neighborhood trying to get through to my destination but all the houses are connected so a barrier stops my advancement." I found out that I was not getting through my highest levels of beliefs and that this is why I have not advanced to the ability to suggest that effective way to materialize my most beneficial probabilities.
