Hi LG! True, to each their own, it would be really boring if we were all the same. I'm fairly good at manifestation, but I really enjoy the adventure and excitment of spontaneity! Some of both suits me fine. I'm sending you some "chocolate lilies" to enjoy. They are native to the west coast of N. America.

Hey Cyn!

Thanks for that pretty looking picture of chocolate lilies. Kinda disappointed I cant really eat it though. Hee.... I just had my kitkat n twix chocolate bars so I'm feeling this chocolately blissful feeling thats just so so so right. Milo's coming up next.....not sure if Milo is sold in the States, its similar to Ovaltine, not quite sure if that too is sold in the States....hmm, well, its basically a chocolately malt drink. Fantastic served cold or just scooping the powder in my mouth. Dont talk if u have Milo or Ovaltine powder in your mouth its gonna go flying everywhere when u talk with your mouth full of it....haha

Hmm, is expecting ones manifestation coming to fruition considered being impatient?

Cheers and Imaginary/Real Chocolate for All

I am curious as to how much impulses get followed or acted upon, as opposed to someone just using visualization techniques. It seems like I can visualize with no problem, but nothing happens. Unless there is some impulse or "physical manipulation" that I can act upon, then I hit a wall. What is anyone's experience with this? I know there are many factors and situations.

MY_305,

That is a hard one to describe since individual beliefs, perceptions, interpretations and semantics can potentially mix things up. What I have done with myself is analyze what has worked for me and what I was doing/thinking/feeling that seemed to relate to the manifestation. We create all the time, so it seems to me that it would then just be a matter of self discovery to cognitively learn how you're doing it already.

I hope that helped at least a little.

Peace

When you say that you visualize with no problem but nothing happens, there are a few ways to address this:
First, it may be that something does happen, but you do not currently recognize it. In some cases, this something may be of greater benefit to the whole self than what you originally visualized, with no problem.

Second, it may be that your visualization is happening, but that your ego is still plodding through our time structure before the visualization materializes. A recognized impulse from the inner self may provide guidance that you can physically act upon, to facilitate the physical materialization. However, if you feel you must physically manipulate just because you are impatient, then there is the danger of slowing down the actual materialization.

Seth has said (see session 24) that one of mankind’s weaknesses has always been his impatience and his preoccupation with camouflage patterns on his plane. I tend to believe that when we are impatient for an event to occur, that we tighten our camouflage pattern of time; which restricts the natural flow of attracting our desired events from our inner source. It has been my experience that when I am able to minimize my natural impatience and watch my desired event unfold, in a calm and collected manner, that is when all good things materialize.
Peace and Love,
...Jeffrey

Great advice Jeffrey! I think that sometimes we, and I am guilty of this, try too hard. The thing is, if I believe that there is something restricting the natural flow, then there will be! Wow, I think that I just gave myself something to think about!

Yes, I think that maybe writing down as you say, thinking feeling doing, etc, or adjectives to describe a situation might help. It's almost like a 2-step process. I guess the next step, actually changing beliefs is the hardest part, for me anyway. It's good to bounce ideas off of others.

Thanks
