Yeah, yeah, I saw that story on the news-wow! I had once heard of a boy that was allergic to all food, and they fed him by rubbing him down with olive oil, the nutrients of which were absorbed into the skin. There are so many fascinating things out there. Actually Michael, I was trying to post a video of a song about changes. I would like to add it to Allen's "changes" song list, but I can't seem to post videos successfully! Don't feel so guilty about the B&J's ice cream, in the summer, I go through a pint a night! I have a new favorite though, it's Fresh&Easy's dark chocolate gelato. B&J's use to make deep, dark chocolate, but they discontinued it. As you can tell, I like my choc. very real, and very dark! :drool

Of course, change is a constant, but I think you mean a shift, gradual or sudden, into a new paradigm.
I recently completed a degree, and found I had frozen a lot of my natural directions while I completed this task. Although I continued to study the Seth material, my attention was not focused. As soon as university was complete, (a month ago,) I immediately began to thaw, and only then saw how I had frozen myself. It was a focus I adopted in order to finish the degree after two previous attempts. Needless to say, the process was much more difficult than it needed to be, but I learned the lesson of non-change, while striving for change. The lesson is - don't do it.
I also learned the lesson of - have fun while you learn - it makes it so much easier. But university tries to change a person into an official role, and so it was difficult, because I am a Sethian, and no amount of official knowledge will ever approach what Seth delivers. Basically, it was lonely work.
Now, I am reverting to my natural self, with the new "official" knowledge to work with while I create further change, heading towards my Seth inspired goals. I will always change.
Latest change: new dream recall work, enhanced realization I create my own reality, and possibly awareness that my laundry needs washing. having fun!

hi eldon,

yeah, that shift is what i'm talking about. but it seems like there are successive shifts happening for me now - and i just want to get back to the shift, from 2 shifts ago - to actually integrate THAT one into my life, so i can get on to the rest!!!

I had frozen a lot of my natural directions

wow - this is beautiful. really resonates with me. i'm seeing it more and more in my life now. and i guess you could say this is perfect to read this right now. brings a lot into perspective for me. thanks.

but what exactly do you mean here?

but I learned the lesson of non-change, while striving for change. The lesson is - don't do it.

many thanks...

love,

michael
