- I first got involved with Metaphysics while studying Wicca and other forms of magick, but soon disovered that there was more behind the candles, oils and crystals. Colors didn't matter neither did scents or origin. I started to pay more attention to the power of my thoughts instead and learned to direct my energy to my desires through mediation. Every now and then I still light the candles to help maintain a focus and well because they just have a magick of their own that just resonates peace.
